Tow bar hitch - height adjustment!

Hi, my Nugget Plus Active came with the towbar already fitted by Westfalia. Can't seem to get a response from them, so can anyone advise if their hitch is fitted like mine (photo attached) in the top holes of the plate or is their a reason why I shouldn't move it down to the lower set of holes.

With a tilting bike rack (depending on its distance, height, and tilt) fitted, the tow bar in the lower position gives you a better chance of opening the tailgate.
