I know I'm not alone when I say most mainstream dealerships are lost when it comes to campervan models. It's not limited to Ford, I have had similar experience with VW when I had a calafornia and reading the Marco Polo posts they are the same.
However, the reason I am posting today is to praise the excellent service I have experienced from Hills in Kidderminster. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but the have recently found an experienced technician Dave who has solved my toilet flush problem through sheer determination to complete the task, allowing me to keep camping.
Dave and the team at Hills have restored my faith in dealership support for campervans.
