How Long should leisure batter on 24 Reg Nugget take to reach 100% on 230V Mains 13Amp Plug charge ?

Strange issue I am having. Our 24 reg. Nugget Plus (bought April 24) been fine, but today after it's been in the drive 10 days without use, I thought I would check the leisure battery and charge it if too low. It looked like it was at 80%, so I thought OK I will plug in to mains and charge to 100%. After 3 hrs, I checked the control panel, and it was at 60%.... ok so either I miss read it before and it wasn't at 80% but 60% or something strange was happening. However either way, after 3 hrs I would have expected the charge to have gone up.
It goes up in 10% increments, but how long should it take to charge ? plugged into standard 230V mains. ?

In space of an hour jumped from 60% to 100% also there is an icon I have not seen before on the 100% image, could this be the Van battery being charged now that the leisure battery is 100% ?

Hi Andy,
have you looked into the matter further? The 2022 Nugget manual states (p 50) that: "... the battery charger starts loading the auxiliary battery and the starter battery and maintains a constant charging level after attaining the maximum battery voltage...". Your experience would be useful to understand:
- if it is true that the engine battery is also recharged "... once the 230-volt mains supply is connected..."
- and if the process is monitored by the dometic panel.

We are having similar problems with our Nugget (2023 model). Similar to others have mentioned both our main starter batteries failed and have been replaced under warranty but now we are having problems with the leisure battery charging (or rather not charging from the alternator) Local dealer has had it twice and says everything is fine.
The information display can change from 100% charged to 60% overnight with no usage!
It is currently awaiting a third trip to the dealer (just before the 3 year warranty expires!). I know a little about the electrics and I think it is a battery sensor fault...if you look under the passenger seat and remove the battery cover you will find the leisure batteries and associated electrics (starter batteries and under the drivers seat - no batteries are under the bonnet in nuggets). There is a bank of fuses there and you will find just one 3 amp fuse, remove this for a couple of minutes and replace it and it will reboot the battery sensor which may fix your issue...
