Toilet Flush (not) !

My flush has stopped working! The wiring looks fine and the fuse is good. Looking under the button I see a PCB which is the possible culprit or, looking where the cassette sits there is a plastic drop down mechanism which may work a micro switch stopping the operation if the cassette is removed. Can anybody shed any light on this?

Update. I found another (3amp)fuse in the area where the cassette sits. It has blown, so I fitted a new one but its still not working.
